Assistant Operations Manager/Operations Manager

Working hand in hand with customers, partners and colleagues across City-OG and its shareholders (City Energy and Osaka Gas Singapore), the individual will be part of the team that provides bespoke consultancy services for its clients to enjoy a wealth of energy solutions to achieve their sustainability goals.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Plan and execute supply strategies to ensure optimal and uninterrupted round-the-clock gas supply from upstream suppliers to customers.
• Review contractual documents and verify invoices to ensure accuracy of trade transactions. 
• Generate weekly, monthly and annual reports in line with financial, operational and regulatory requirements. 
• Source, procure and manage third-party vendors/suppliers to execute and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Provide operational support for the company’s services and attend to customers’ enquiries. 
• Ensure compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain procedural guides for operational processes.
• Actively participate in process improvements that create efficiencies and support capability to grow business.
• Identify business requirements and develop business analytics for the purpose of enhancing business insights.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree qualification from a recognized tertiary institution.
• Min 2 years of professional experience in operational and/or asset management functions; related experience in the energy/engineering/building industry will be a plus.
• Knowledge in project management will be an added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of numeracy, ability to draw and communicate insights from data.
• Able to handle pressure and analyse complex scenarios.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (Macros and VBA), programming knowledge is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be based at 26 Senoko Avenue. Company shuttle bus pickup/dropoff point at Sembawang MRT station.
