Associate, Corporate Communications & Branding (1 Year Contract)
We are seeking a talented Content Creator to join the Corporate Communications and Branding team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing our content strategy to drive engagement, brand awareness, and ultimately, conversions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, excellent writing skills, and experience in content creation across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content plan aligned with organisation objectives and target audience.
- Create engaging and relevant content for our website, blog, social media channels, email campaigns, and other key communication materials.
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all content touchpoints.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing to continuously improve content effectiveness.
Qualifications
You should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published content.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrated experience in content creation for digital platforms, including web, social media, and email.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset and strong conceptual thinking skills.
- Passion to make a difference in the lives of seniors and caregivers
- Experience with content marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
- Experience with media relations is a plus.
