    Not recommended for anyone who's young and looking for somewhere that will appreciate your hardwork. Benefits are good but not for those who wants to have good progress. Your work is under appreciated. Those retiring, you can join if you want. A very classic atmosphere of working.
    The good thingsGood benefits. Bonus twice a year, medical claims and etc is above par.
    The challengesWorking in an environment where bosses are scared of HR. Theyre not keen to fight for staffs progress, always awaiting for the longest time to even make sure the staff have opportunity to upgrade themselves. Making use of younger staff. Basically dont join if youre young, retirement job.
