Job Description
Mortgage Relations Officer - MRU
The successful candidate will be part of the PFS Loans Division and your key responsibilities are as follows:
• Review and evaluate customers' Housing loans accounts
• Prepare and input customers' Housing loan conversion for Credit Approval
• Prepare and check customer conversion letter of offers
• Follow-up on conversion post-approval and customers' letter of offer reworks
• Conduct customers loan redemption interviews
• Outbound tele-calling existing customers for repricing
• Support ad-hoc assignment & administration works
Requirements:
- Minimum with 2 or 3 years relevant working experience
- Good knowledge in Consumer Banking Products, particularly Mortgage Loans Financing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact and negotiate with people at all level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Data Analysis
- A team player with dedication to provide premium services, quality performance and speed on execution.
- Self driven and resourceful with an ability to work independently
