We are looking for a proactive and organised Events & Partnerships Coordinator to help grow our business by managing enquiries, sourcing leads, and building relationships with event planners, venues, and corporate clients.

This role is ideal for someone interested in events, partnerships, and business development.

Job Description

Events & Partnerships Coordinator (Part-time / Freelance)

Role Overview

You will support the founder in generating leads, managing client enquiries, and building partnerships that bring new event opportunities for MIRA.

This role involves a mix of business development, client communication, and event coordination support.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Research and identify potential clients (corporates, event planners, venues, malls)

• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp

• Build relationships with event agencies and venue partners

• Identify upcoming events, product launches, or brand activations

Enquiry & Client Management

• Respond to enquiries from email, Instagram, and website

• Share quotations and service information with clients

  • Follow up with potential leads
    • Maintain a simple lead tracking system

Event Support

• Coordinate event logistics with clients

• Assist with preparation before events when required

• Occasionally support during events if available

Requirements

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Comfortable reaching out to new contacts and building relationships

• Interest in events, marketing, or partnerships

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools is a plus
