Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, interactive digital marketing training sessions for working professionals and career switchers

• Facilitate hands-on workshops covering SEO, Google Ads, YouTube marketing, and digital campaign analytics tools

• Guide learners through real-world case studies, marketing strategy development, and end-to-end campaign execution

• Support learners in practical exercises, assignments, and project-based learning activities

• Ensure all training delivery complies with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) standards and requirements

Requirements

• ACTA or ACLP certification (mandatory)

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing or performance marketing

• Strong hands-on expertise in:

  • SEO tools, techniques, and optimisation strategies

  • Google Ads campaign setup, management, and optimisation

  • YouTube marketing, content strategy, and channel optimisation

  • Digital marketing analytics, tracking, and reporting tools

• Prior experience in training, teaching, or facilitating adult learners is an advantage

Engagement Arrangement

• Trainers may be engaged on a contract or adjunct basis
