IT Support Engineer (Rotating Shift)

• Provide daily IT support, maintenance, and troubleshooting both onsite and remotely.

• Deliver on-site assistance for systems, network, and desktop issues, ensuring services meet SLA requirements.

• Collaborate with the product team on system enhancements and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or a related field.

• Preferably experienced in desktop support with solid knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking.

• Prior experience in a customer support environment is an advantage.

• Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with a customer-focused mindset and excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Willing to work alternate shift hours: 2 days work and 2 days off rotational shift (AM Shift: 8AM to 8PM; PM Shift 8PM to 8AM).
