Marketing Manager

Job Purpose

Lead the development and execution of Twothree Design’s digital, social, and performance marketing strategies. The primary goal is to drive high-quality lead generation, brand positioning, and revenue growth across all marketing channels.

This role requires a strategic yet hands-on marketing professional with strong capabilities in performance marketing, analytics, and creative direction. You will work closely with the sales, design, and media teams to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads while strengthening Twothree’s positioning as a premium, design-forward interior firm.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Performance Marketing

  • Own and drive Twothree’s full-funnel marketing strategy, focusing on lead generation, qualification, conversion, and brand building

  • Translate business goals into clear digital marketing strategies, campaign plans, and optimisation roadmaps

  • Plan and execute high-performing campaigns across key platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, YouTube) with a strong focus on cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-qualified-lead (CPQL)

  • Continuously optimise campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI

  • Develop and test new channels, creatives, and funnels to scale lead acquisition sustainably

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead conversion performance and feedback

  • Work closely with both the in-house media team and external media vendors to develop high-performing ad creatives

  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and budgets to ensure efficient spend and strong performance outcomes


Offline Marketing & Events

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute offline marketing initiatives, including ID-homeowner events and in-house showcases

  • Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event execution, including logistics, staffing, and materials

  • Develop event strategies to maximise lead generation, engagement, and conversion

  • Track and analyse event performance, including leads generated, cost per lead, and conversion rates, and optimise future events accordingly

  • Ensure alignment between offline events and digital campaigns to create a cohesive marketing funnel


Media Planning

  • Plan and manage monthly and quarterly media budgets across acquisition and branding channels

  • Optimise channel mix based on performance data, market trends, and business priorities

  • Allocate budget dynamically to maximise returns across campaigns and platforms


Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation

  • Own performance tracking and reporting across all digital channels

  • Establish clear KPIs such as CPL, CPQL, conversion rates, and revenue attribution

  • Ensure proper implementation of tracking systems, including pixels, events, and attribution models

  • Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements

  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility across marketing performance

  • Continuously refine funnels based on data, including landing pages, messaging, and targeting


Creative & Content Direction

  • Work closely with both the in-house media team and external media vendors to conceptualise and produce high-performing creatives

  • Conceptualise and direct video shoots, ensuring alignment with campaign goals

  • Guide storytelling and content strategy to reflect Twothree’s premium and design-led branding

  • Drive experimentation in content formats to improve engagement and conversion


Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Provide leadership on digital marketing strategy, tools, and emerging trends

  • Mentor and guide team members to build a high-performance marketing function

  • Foster a collaborative environment between marketing, sales, and design teams

  • Act as a key advisor to management on marketing performance and growth opportunities


Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong exposure to performance marketing and lead generation

  • Proven track record in driving leads, revenue growth, and marketing ROI

  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics such as CPL, CPQL, conversion rates, and funnel optimisation

  • Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proactive and highly adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership

  • Experience leading a small team and managing freelancers and external vendors to deliver marketing initiatives

  • Experience planning and executing offline marketing initiatives or events is preferred


Core Technical Skills

  • Paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Xiao Hong Shu)

  • Web analytics and tracking (Google Analytics 4 or similar tools)

  • Funnel optimisation and A/B testing

  • Lead generation and conversion strategy

  • Attribution models, tracking pixels, and event setup
