Strategic Analysis Director

Clobotics is a leading provider of smart inspection and repair solutions, specializing in wind energy, drone technology, and computer vision. We are expanding our global wind inspection and repair business and are looking for a strategic leader to drive this growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead strategic planning, market analysis, and business development for Clobotics' global wind inspection and repair business

· Monitor global wind industry trends, policy changes, and competitive landscape; formulate actionable growth strategies

· Collaborate with technical and operations teams to convert strategic initiatives into executable business plans

· Build and maintain strategic relationships with key global clients, partners, and industry bodies

· Lead commercial due diligence, market entry strategies, and feasibility studies for key projects

· Deliver regular strategic performance reports and adjustment recommendations to senior management

Requirements

· Education: Master’s degree or higher (MBA, Energy, Engineering, Economics, or related fields preferred)

· Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, with at least 5 years in strategic analysis, business development, or industry consulting. Background in wind energy, renewables, or industrial services is an advantage

· Strong data analysis, logical thinking, and business insight capabilities

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and internal teams)

· Ability to independently build complex business models and drive strategic conclusions

· Cross-cultural collaboration and project management skills
