Recruitment Consultant (Sales /Engineering Focus)

About the Role

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant specializing in engineering and technical hiring across sectors such as manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, and energy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing → screening → offer → placement) for engineering roles

  • Develop and maintain client relationships (SMEs, MNCs, EPC firms, contractors)

  • Screen candidates for technical competencies (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil)

  • Advise clients on salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and talent availability

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of engineering professionals

  • Achieve placement and revenue targets (KPIs-driven role)


Key Requirements

  • 1–5+ years of recruitment experience (agency preferred) OR engineering background with interest in recruitment

  • Understanding of engineering disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, process, etc.)

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proven ability to work in a sales-driven, target-oriented environment

  • Strong sourcing and business development skills

  • CEI Certification (EA License) preferred or willingness to obtain

  • Familiarity with MOM regulations and fair hiring practices
