Warehouse Shift Officer - SCommerce (Canlubang, Calamba).
The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Assist in monitoring the inbound process to ensure items are received, checked, and moved to the next stage within the set timelines
- Support in assigning daily tasks to warehouse staff as directed by the Warehouse Shift Lead
- Conduct initial checks on deliveries and report any discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages) to the Shift Lead or appropriate department
- Ensure timely documentation of received items and internal transfers
- Maintain accurate records of inbound transactions for tracking and reporting
- Help track attendance and task completion during the shift
- Assist the Shift Lead in compiling performance data and shift reports
- Promote adherence to safety and warehouse guidelines during operations
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce operations
- Exposure to warehouse tools, processes, and inventory systems is an advantage
- Detail-oriented and organized; able to follow standard procedures consistently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
