ACCOUNTANT

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting functions, ensure accurate financial records, and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)

2. Prepare financial statements and management reports

3. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data

4. Prepare GST reporting and tax-related schedules (if applicable)

5. Support audit and liaise with external auditors and tax agents

6. Maintain proper accounting records and filing system

7. Handle ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned

What we're looking for

1. Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2. 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred

3. Knowledge of accounting software

4. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

5. Able to work independently and meet deadlines

6. Proficient in Microsoft 365
