Senior QA Operations (Pharma, 6 months contract) #HJXH

* Support day-to-day Quality Assurance activities in accordance with approved SOPs, policies, and cGxP requirements within a multi-product manufacturing facility.

* Review and approve SOPs, protocols, reports, batch records, logbooks, deviations, CAPA, change controls, and quality documentation.

* Provide QA oversight for manufacturing, validation, engineering, laboratory, and operational activities to ensure compliance with GMP and GDocP standards.

* Participate in and lead deviation investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and change management activities to ensure timely closure and effectiveness.

* Monitor and identify operational or compliance risks, troubleshoot quality-related issues, and recommend appropriate corrective actions or process improvements.

* Support regulatory inspections, customer audits, and internal audits by providing QA representation, audit readiness support, and timely response coordination.

* Perform batch record review, lot genealogy compilation, lot disposition support, and product release activities where applicable.

* Ensure adherence to data integrity principles in accordance with company policies and regulatory expectations.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, QC, Supply Chain, and other departments to support operational and quality objectives.

* Lead or support quality improvement projects and coordinate deliverables effectively across stakeholders.

* Participate in QA on-the-floor activities, walkdowns, and shopfloor oversight to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

* Serve as a Qualified Trainer or Subject Matter Expert (SME) within area of expertise where applicable.

Requirements:

• Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related discipline.

• Strong understanding of cGMP, GDP/GDocP, quality systems, deviation management, CAPA, and change control processes would have an added advantage

• Experience supporting audits, inspections, validation, manufacturing operations, or quality compliance activities would have an added advantage.
