Neurology Product Specialist – IONM / EEG / EMG / Neurology Devices
Position Overview-
The Neurology Product Specialist is responsible for delivering high-level clinical,
technical, and product expertise across the company’s neurology portfolio, including
Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) systems, EEG/EMG diagnostic equipment,
neurology capital devices, and related consumables.
This role supports end users, trains hospital staff, drives product adoption, and
contributes to sales growth through strong customer relationships and domain expertise.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical & Technical Support (IONM / EEG / EMG)
Support EEG/EMG labs with product configuration, workflow optimisation, and clinical
application guidance.
Assist during product evaluations, trials, and proof-of-concept installations.
Maintain basic knowledge of neuroanatomy, electrophysiology, and modality-specific
parameters (MEP, SSEP, EMG, EEG, NCS).
2. Training & Education
Deliver structured training programs for end users.
Conduct in-service sessions for capital equipment and consumables (electrodes, probes,
needles, sensors, etc.).
Support workshops, webinars, end users training, and continuous professional
development initiatives.
Develop user manuals and SOP for neurology products
3. Sales & Business Development Support
Partner with sales teams to support the neurology equipment and consumables portfolio.
Assist with tenders, technical specifications, product comparisons, and clinical
justification documents.
Provide product demonstrations during sales visits and new product introductions.
4. Product Management & Market Intelligence
Report product performance insights to regional marketing and product management
teams.
Identify gaps in consumable usage, equipment needs, and potential upgrade pathways.
Monitor competitor activity in IONM, neurodiagnostics, and neurology consumables.
Support new product launches, promotions, and local marketing campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Neurophysiology, Biomedical Science, Nursing, Biomedical
Engineering, Neuroscience, or related clinical field.
Experience in at least one of the following:
IONM clinical support
EEG/EMG neurodiagnostics
Neurology medical devices
Experience with neurology capital equipment or consumables preferred.
