Senior Marketing Executive (Growth & Merchandising)

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Growth & Sales

  • Drive online sales growth across Shopify website and digital channels

  • Monitor and improve key e-commerce KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and repeat purchase rate

  • Plan and execute sales campaigns for key occasions including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, Chinese New Year, and other seasonal launches

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer journey and website conversion

Product Merchandising

  • Manage homepage, collection pages, featured products, and online merchandising strategy

  • Plan product launches, bundles, upsells, and promotional mechanics

  • Work closely with floristry and operations teams to prioritize hero products and seasonal collections

  • Analyze product performance and recommend actions to improve sell-through and profitability

Digital Marketing

  • Coordinate with external agencies on paid ads and SEO

  • Manage email marketing campaigns and customer retention initiatives

  • Lead content planning for website, EDMs, social media

Analytics

  • Analyze sales, customer, and campaign data to identify growth opportunities

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports and dashboard


Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online merchandising

  • Strong understanding of Shopify and e-commerce operations

  • Experience managing online campaigns and promotional calendars

  • Familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and Google Analytics

  • Strong commercial mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills
