Micromix Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the MicroMix Plant and ensure it is in good working order for lease to internal and external customers.

• Manage the production planning and control of premixtures, fillings, and seasoning mixes.

• Manage inventory planning and control of Prima Food Ingredient stores, including month-end closing reports, Oracle system updates, internal and external audit checks.

• Maintain Premix Production Laboratories and related equipment.

• Assist in setting up new production lines and plants for the Department, Company, and subsidiaries based on R&D outputs.

• Coordinate installation and commissioning of the MicroMix Plant and equipment with vendors, engineers, contractors, and contract workers.

• Work closely with Group System Engineer, (installation & commissioning), Deputy Manager, QA (Renewal of Food Licence with SFA), Food Technologists and Research Chef (applications)

• Document safety procedures, methods, instruction manuals, and equipment maintenance for the MicroMix Plant and premix laboratories.

• Assist in other related projects of the R&D Department and Prima Ltd and its subsidiaries on the setting up of new production lines and plants when required.

• Any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing, food production, plant operations or related industries.

• Possess initiative, responsibility, and diligence in carrying out daily duties efficiently and effectively.
