Personal Driver
About the role
Provide safe, punctual, and courteous transportation for a Top-Level management to and from meetings, events, and personal appointments. Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals and adapt to changes in traffic or schedule. Remain on standby for last-minute or urgent transport requests, including outside regular hours. Maintain the assigned vehicle in pristine condition through regular cleaning, fueling, and timely servicing. Adhere strictly to Singapore traffic laws and road safety regulations.
Key responsibilities
Provide safe, punctual, and courteous transportation for Top-Level management to and from meetings, events, and personal appointments
Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals and adapt to changes in traffic or schedule
Remain on standby for last-minute or urgent transport requests, including outside regular hours
Maintain the assigned vehicle in pristine condition through regular cleaning, fueling, and timely servicing
Adhere strictly to Singapore traffic laws and road safety regulations
Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, or packages as required
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all interactions
Communicate clearly and courteously with the Managing Director/CEO and their family to confirm pick-up/drop-off details and any special instructions
Collect vehicle from workplace each day, and return it at the end of the work day
About you
Minimum 2-3 years of experience (especially with luxury or MPV vehicles) as a personal or corporate driver to C-suite executives or VIPs in Singapore
Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record
Excellent knowledge of Singapore's road network and traffic conditions
Punctual, discreet, well-groomed, and professional
Able to manage dynamic schedules and respond professionally
High level of trustworthiness and respect for privacy
Able to work flexible hours, including public holidays as needed
Liaise with chinese speaking only associates
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Overtime will be paid accordingly
