About the Role
Our client within the Government / Social Service sector is looking for a committed and organised Case Admin Officer to provide administrative and operational support in a community-focused environment. The successful candidate will work closely with officers to support case administration, client coordination, records management, and day-to-day operational processes to ensure efficient service delivery.
This opportunity is suitable for individuals who are detail-oriented, empathetic, and comfortable interacting with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and operational support for case management activities
• Process applications, verify supporting documents, and update records accurately within internal systems
• Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and referrals with clients and stakeholders
• Handle enquiries via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins in a professional and service-oriented manner
• Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, correspondence, and case records
• Support officers in client follow-ups relating to documentation and case matters
• Assist with procurement coordination, inventory tracking, and operational duties when required
• Accompany officers for outreach activities or home visits where necessary
• Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments assigned by supervisors
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent
• Prior experience in administration, customer service, coordination, or case support will be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, meticulous, and able to handle confidential information appropriately
• Comfortable with administrative and system-related work
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Candidates who can commence work immediately or within short notice will have an advantage
