About the role

Join ASCENDZE PTE. LTD. as an Assistant Electrical Control Engineer. In this full-time role based in the Paya Lebar East Region, you will be responsible for providing electrical and control engineering support to our team, ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our systems.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical control systems, including PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA implementation

2. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve existing systems

4. Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including drawings, manuals, and reports

5. Provide technical support and guidance to operations and maintenance teams

6. Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

1. Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

2. 2-5 years of experience in electrical control engineering, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment

3. Proficiency in Motion and sensor control, AC and DC electrical control panel design

4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate technical information effectively

6. Familiarity with electrical safety regulations and best practices

7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
