Job Details:
• Location: Mandai
• Salary: $2200 Basic + $200 Employee Incentive (Monthly) + $500 Medical Benefit (per annum) + 1 Month Completion Bonus
• Duration: 1 Year Contract Renewable under client's headcount
• Working hours: 8.15am to 9.45pm daily (OT is possible if cases end beyond 9.45pm), Mon to Sun (including Public Holiday), (Staggered and Flexi Breaktime: 45 mins lunch, 45 mins dinner), 2 days rest 3 days
Job Scope:
• Operate insertion machine: receive coffin, transfer to machine, activate, and monitor insertion.
• Operate cremator system: physically check start, monitor for alarms, adjust as needed, and ensure completion within 90 minutes.
• Manage ashes (Type 1): cool ashes, rake into container, clear residue, sort, transfer to box, and store in storage room.
• Manage ashes (Type 2): retrieve hot hearth with trolley, park hearth, insert new hearth, and transfer hearth with ashes to vestry room upon request.
• Perform cleaning, plus weekly and monthly maintenance of cremator and coffin transport equipment.
Requirements:
• Comfortable to go through 1 week of trial upon officially start work
• Comfortable to do manual work and work in warm environment
• Comfortable to work at crematorium
• Comfortable to do shift work which will involve PHs and weekends
