We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Boutique Manager to lead the boutique operations, inspire the retail team, and elevate the overall customer journey within a refined luxury environment.
Job Responsibilities

Drive individual and team sales performance to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Lead, motivate, and inspire the retail team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve store goals
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to enhance customer loyalty and business continuity
Ensure a personalized and memorable luxury shopping experience for all clients
Coach, train, and develop team members in alignment with the company’s service standards, business strategies, and sales objectives
Represent and introduce the brand with professionalism, confidence, and strong product knowledge
Maintain excellent boutique presentation, visual merchandising standards, and overall store image
Handle operational matters, reporting, and any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, watches, or art galleries
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing boutique operations
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
Service-oriented, responsible, proactive, and solutions-driven
Passionate about luxury retail and delivering exceptional client experiences
Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
