Job Responsibilities

Programme Operations Support

• Manage and resolve customer enquiries promptly and professionally

• Support the conceptualisation and implementation of AI Chatbot solutions to enhance digital customer service

• Assist in testing new digital booking platforms, including identifying issues and documenting feedback

• Support daily programme operations and administrative activities

Marketing Support

• Conduct verification and process incentive scheme payments

• Assist with marketing campaign materials, including copywriting, content checks, and collateral updates

• Support event coordination, stakeholder communications, and RSVP tracking

• Handle ad-hoc projects and marketing operational duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree qualification with preferably 2 years of working experience

• Experience in communications and/or marketing will be an advantage

• Good writing skills; ability to read and write in Chinese is advantageous

• Comfortable using digital and AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.

• Able to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
