Job Details:

  1. Contract Duration: 12 Months

  2. Working Location:  One Raffles Quay

  3. Working Hour: 10 - 7 pm


Job Descriptions:

Affiliate Program Operations

  • Manage daily operations of the affiliate program, including partner onboarding, activation, and troubleshooting.

  • Set up affiliate tasks, missions, incentives, and tracking assets within internal platforms.

  • Runs email campaigns for both acquisition and reactivation

  • Manages affiliate community on a day to day scale operations basis..

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Gather and analyze missions and campaign data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and performance bottlenecks.

  • Flag anomalies early (e.g., tracking drops, coupon issues, low activation rates).

Process & Workflow Optimization

  • Develop and refine SOPs across onboarding, mission or campaign setup, communications, and troubleshooting.

  • Identify bottlenecks in tools or workflows and recommend improvements.

  • Work closely with the product team and support to enhance overall program experience.

Partner & Internal Support

  • Address affiliate partner inquiries related to tools, attribution, tasks, or rewards.

  • Provide internal teams with data, insights, and operational support for partner performance.

  • Assist in delivering training materials, documentation, or webinars to partners or internal teams.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure missions, incentives, and partner materials comply with platform guidelines and regional regulations.

  • Conduct regular checks on partner content, tracking integrity, and promotional activities.

Website & Landing Page Management

  • Build, update, and maintain websites, landing pages, and educational hubs for affiliates.

  • Execute design updates or content tweaks using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).

  • Continuously optimize pages for conversion, clarity, and user experience.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in operations, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator ecosystems preferred.

  • Strong data handling skills (Excel/Sheets; SQL a bonus).

  • Ability to build and update web pages (Webflow/WordPress/HTML/CSS basic proficiency advantageous).

  • Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented.

  • Strong problem-solving and cross-team coordination abilities.
