Marketing Executive (SEO & Performance Marketing) – Singapore
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive with strong expertise in SEO and performance marketing to join our marketing team in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the brokerage, fintech, or financial trading industry, with a strong focus on digital user acquisition and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Organic Growth
Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits within the financial services / trading industry
Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata to improve search visibility and lead generation
Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
Identify opportunities for link-building, content partnerships, and organic growth initiatives
Digital & Performance Marketing
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels
Support performance marketing strategies focused on user acquisition and campaign optimization
Manage and optimize campaigns across app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) where applicable
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics including CPA, ROI, CTR, and conversion rates
Conduct A/B testing and creative optimization to improve campaign performance
Market & Campaign Support
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing with strong hands-on SEO and/or performance marketing experience
Prior experience in brokerage, CFD, forex, futures, crypto, or fintech industry is highly preferred
Strong understanding of digital acquisition funnels and performance-driven marketing models
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Experience in regulated or financial services industry is an advantage
