Country Deputy General Manager (Singapore)
Key Responsibilities
1.Business Strategy & Operation
Develop and implement annual business plan, budget and KPI for Singapore market
Drive revenue, profit, store performance, inventory turnover and cost control
Monitor market trends, competitors and consumer insights to optimize business strategies
2.Channel & Business Development
Lead offline store expansion, site selection, partnership and franchise management
Enhance omnichannel operation and brand influence in Singapore
3.Team & Organization Management
Build and lead local management team including operation, HR, finance, marketing
Drive talent acquisition, development, retention and succession planning
4.Compliance & Risk Control
Ensure full compliance with local labor, tax, legal and regulatory requirement
Maintain zero critical compliance risk and zero unfair employment practice
5.Group Collaboration
Implement group strategies, policies and key projects in Singapore
Report business performance, risks and improvement plans to headquarters regularly
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above
8+ years in retail/FMCG/chain business; 5+ years as country/regional senior management role
Singapore/Southeast Asia market experience is highly preferred
Strong business acumen, leadership, negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
Strong compliance awareness, result-oriented, able to be based in Singapore long-term
