SALES MANAGER
LBT Global is a fast-growing, leading logistics company offering a comprehensive suite of services, including LCL and FCL trucking, dangerous goods (DG) transportation, project logistics, vessel chartering, and warehousing. Leveraging digitalization and our new proprietary app, we’ve made container trucking fulfillment fast and seamless—capable of completing jobs in under 4 hours.
As part of our on-going expansion, we’re looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to scale our client base across both B2B and/or B2C segments and strengthen account partnerships in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively seek out and win new business opportunities within B2B and/or B2C logistics and e-commerce sectors.
Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, marketplace sellers, and SME brands to drive satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Create persuasive proposals and customized logistics/fulfilment strategies that align with the specific needs of business clients.
Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with enterprise customers, distributors, and channel partners.
Respond quickly to inquiries regarding pricing, services, and available solutions for both individual sellers and business accounts.
Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of B2C deliveries and B2B supply chain requirements.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to help shape and adjust sales strategies.
Deliver results in line with management KPIs and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated track record in B2B/B2C sales or key account management, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding, or e-commerce fulfilment.
- Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities in both English and Mandarin (to effectively engage Mandarin-speaking clients).
- Self-driven, resourceful, and focused on results, with a proactive hunter mentality.
- Solid client management skills, capable of handling both SME and enterprise-level accounts.
- Committed to meeting deadlines and client needs, even if it requires work beyond normal hours.
Working Hours: 6 days
- Mon to Fri – 9 am to 6pm
- Sat - 9am to 1pm
- Off Day - Sunday & Public Holiday
