HR Executive (West | Hybrid)

PERSOL Outsourcing is partnering our Client, a leading name in digital transformation and they are looking for HR talents to be a part of their team!

Job Responsibilities

Recruitment & Internships

  • Post and update job listings on Workday and external job portals

  • Coordinate interview scheduling for interns

  • Support background checks, security clearance, and reference checks

  • Prepare offer letters and internship agreements

Onboarding

  • Manage onboarding for new hires and interns, including data entry and documentation

  • Coordinate onboarding arrangements with managers (e.g. buddy assignment, work tools setup)

Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations

  • Process employee and intern movements (transfers, leave, part-time arrangements, extensions, and exits)

  • Handle employment verification and reference checks

  • Manage staff declarations (e.g. conflict of interest, outside employment, annual declarations)

  • Support staff welfare processes (e.g. awards, incentives, gifts, and one-time payments)

  • Assist with leave administration and insurance-related queries including WICA claims

Reports & Administrative Support

  • Maintain HR trackers and support monthly reporting

  • Process work pass applications/renewals, invoices, and stipend claims

  • Handle vendor invoices and basic HR administrative matters

Requirements

  • Diploma in HR or related discipline

  • At least 1 year of HR generalist experience

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficient in MS Office; SAP/Workday experience is a plus

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to adapt quickly and work independently when required

Working Hours / Location

  • Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6pm (Hybrid Work Arrangement)

  • Mapletree Business City (Pasir Panjang, Nearest MRT – Labrador Park)
