Sales Account Executive

Responsibilities
Be the go-to person for customers and build close partnerships to understand their requirements, pain points, and budgets in order to propose suitable solutions
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients
Provide market feedback, industry trends, and competitor insights to internal solution architects and developers to ensure relevance and competitiveness of solutions
Assist the Department Director in preparing tenders, proposals, quotations, and participating in customer negotiations
Management of service requests, change requests, contract variations
Management of project payment milestones
Management of vendors and liaising with project team on licenses procuring
Plan, implement, and track initiatives to achieve sales targets for assigned products and solutions
Maintain basic customer relationship management (CRM), including updating client contact records and providing bi-weekly sales forecasts and activity updates to management
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
Handle customer enquiries and provide timely follow-up support
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service and relationship management abilities
Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Prior experience in account management, sales, or business development is an advantage
Able to work independently and as part of a team
