BIM Modeller
Job Description:
Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software.
Maintain up-to-date 3D model according to the latest information and audit regularly.
Generate 2D drawing, documentation, and As-Built BIM model and detailing submission based on company standard.
Work in accordance with project scope and schedule, and ensure accuracy.
Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable codes, standards and specifications.
Work in accordance with checking procedures in delivering high-quality models, drawings and/or drawings.
Co-ordinate with sub-contractors to exchange latest updates and models.
Job Requirements:
Preferably with a minimum of 4 years relevant working experience in the local construction industry.
Proficient in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure) will be added bonus.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to perform tasks accurately and reliably with excellent attention to detail.
