Key Responsibilities:

1.      File Preparation: Receive and prepare digital files for print production, including formatting, resizing, and converting files to required formats.

2.      Desktop Publishing: Utilize desktop publishing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud) to create and edit layouts, typography, and graphics for print materials.

3.      Image Editing: Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality output, including color correction, cropping, and resizing.

4.      Color Management: Manage color profiles and ensure accurate color representation across different printing processes.

5.      Proofing and Quality Control: Review and proof digital files for errors, ensuring accuracy and quality before releasing files for print production.

6.      Collaboration: Work closely with designers, account managers, and print production teams to ensure seamless workflow and meet project deadlines.

7.      Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot file issues, resolve technical problems, and provide solutions to ensure efficient workflow.



Software Proficiency:

- Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)

- Other desktop publishing software (e.g., QuarkXPress, CorelDRAW)

- Color management software (e.g., Adobe Color, ColorNavigator)

- ⁠Experience in Esko software and workflow is preferred

- ⁠Knowledge of HP Indigo DFE workflow will be an added advantage

- ⁠Knowledge in label printing processes

- Experience supporting digital and flexo printing production environment
