Boutique Service Crew Supervisor
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage and oversee day-to-day shift operations, support and guide the crew, and deliver world-class customer experiences at every touchpoint in line with Company standards through:
Operations Management
Coordinate daily boutique operations, ensuring smooth shift flow and adherence to operational standards and SOPs.
Oversee opening and closing procedures while maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards at all times.
Manage inventory, deliveries, stock replenishment, and timely completion of inventory checks and shift reports.
Ensure accuracy in cashiering, attendance tracking, and reporting of payroll or staffing concerns to the Boutique Manager.
Team Leadership and Development
Lead, support, train and guide the service crew in delivering best-in-class customer experiences
Support, troubleshoot, and provide guidance to Service Crew during shifts
Interview, induct, and train new Service Crew members
Represent the brand’s values and maintain a positive work environment
Customer Service and Experience
Manage feedback and complaints with warmth and professionalism
Prepare and serve gelato and related products, including for delivery or events
Ensure service quality standards are consistently met
Events
Set up and style gelato carts/kiosks at event venues, including teardown after service.
Deliver warm, engaging guest service by serving gelato
Maintain excellent operational standards by monitoring inventory, ensuring proper freezer temperatures, and keeping the serving area clean and presentable throughout events.

Requirements
· Diploma or higher
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (excel, word) & Google Suites (google sheet, doc)
· Shift work (5-day work week, including weekends & Public Holidays)
Location of work: Central/ Eastern/ Western Singapore
