Brand Product Executive – Logistics Business Unit

Position Summary

The Brand Product Executive is responsible for managing, positioning, and commercializing customer products within Zenex's logistics and fulfilment ecosystem. The role acts as the bridge between storage/warehouse customers, e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and internal operations teams to drive product visibility, sales growth, and fulfilment efficiency.

The executive will work closely with logistics customers to understand their products, develop digital product strategies, onboard products onto e-commerce marketplaces, optimize product listings, and coordinate fulfilment activities from warehouse to customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Mapping & Portfolio Management
  • Conduct product discovery sessions with warehouse and storage customers.

  • Analyse customer product portfolios, specifications, pricing structures, and market positioning.

  • Categorise products according to industry, target market, sales channels, and fulfilment requirements.

  • Maintain product master data, SKU information, product attributes, and digital catalogues.

  • Develop product positioning strategies to improve online marketability.

2. E-Commerce Marketplace Management
  • Manage onboarding and maintenance of products across e-commerce platforms.

  • Create and optimize product listings.

  • Coordinate promotions, campaigns, vouchers, and sales events.

  • Analyse product performance and recommend improvements.

3. Digital Sales & Marketing Coordination

  • Support lead generation and conversion activities.

5. Warehouse & Fulfilment Coordination
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations regarding inventory availability.

  • Ensure product information aligns with warehouse inventory records.

  • Work with fulfilment teams to support promotional campaigns.

  • Coordinate new product onboarding into warehouse systems.

  • Monitor competitor products and pricing.
