Job Description

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders across all platforms
• Manage stock counts, reordering alerts, and warehouse organization
• Handle customer inquiries on Shopee, Lazada, and email
• Basic product photography for listings and social media
• Update inventory systems, track shipments, manage returns

Who We're Looking For

• Poly/Uni student in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• Detail-oriented, organized, comfortable with spreadsheets
• Physically able to handle packing and light warehouse work
• Bonus: E-commerce platform experience (Shopee/Lazada seller backend)

What You'll Get
