Shopee Live Team Lead - Operations (Solo)
The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Lead, monitor, and manage the day-to-day operational activities of the Shopee Live team in Solo to ensure optimal performance and productivity
- Drive and motivate team members to consistently meet and exceed organizational goals and performance targets
- Develop and implement clear operational timelines, milestones, and action plans to achieve team objectives
- Empower team members by coaching them to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
- Conduct comprehensive quarterly performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and executing development plans
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major
- Demonstrate proven experience in building, managing, and developing a high-performing operations team
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, specifically with complex formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables
- Hold a strong capability to manage, process, and analyze a large volume of data to extract actionable insights
- Display an excellent ability to create structured, professional reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Maintain deep product knowledge and a solid understanding of the e-commerce live-streaming landscape
