Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Planning Director to lead strategic marketing initiatives, brand development, and integrated planning activities within the real estate sector. The role requires strong leadership in campaign execution, digital engagement, and event management, with a focus on driving business growth across regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and planning strategies aligned with business objectives

• Lead brand positioning, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives

• Manage end-to-end event planning and execution for corporate and marketing events

• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to support strategic decisions

• Oversee content strategy across social media and digital platforms

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery

• Utilise digital tools, including AI-enabled platforms, to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness

• Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related discipline

• Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, or related fields

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

• Proven experience in event planning and project management

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Experience in the real estate industry will be an advantage
