CUSTOMER OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Job Description

 

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Process customer orders received through E-mails / Whatsapp / ERP systems;

·         Schedule orders for delivery by area and delivery driver (in-house / 3rd party);

·         Track status of order and delivery schedules;

·         Track incoming goods from 3PL warehouse;

·         Keep track of inventory levels, product expiry dates, returns / damages;

·         Verify receipt of items against items ordered and where required resolve errors / discrepancies with local suppliers;

·         Work with team to ensure stock levels are adequate and work with the Finance team to ensure that physical stock is adequately accounted for.  

Online Platform Management

·         Update online product description/images, inventory levels and product prices across key platforms such as Lazada / Redmart / Shopee / Amazon and Shopify;

·         Key in orders for the Redmart / Amazon / Shopify platforms;

·         Reply to online enquiries;

·         Respond to incoming calls, emails and other message from customers and give them the right answers and directions;

·         Identify lapses and loop holes in the organization’s customer service department and recommend better strategies that will yield better results;

·         Build strong healthy relationships with clients;

Secondary Role & Responsibilities:

International Shipping - Work with the Head of Logistics and logistics team to:

·         Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO’s) to international / Singapore suppliers, including confirmation, amendments and payments (in cooperation with Finance);

·         Generation of Goods Receiving Notes (GRN) from the bonded ware-house and key in the stock transfer entries into TFP’s in-house ERP (Odoo) system;

·         Update and maintain SKU information (supplier’s product code, internal product code, alcohol % & special purchase instruction) within the company’s ERP System;

·         Work closely with Finance team on customer credit limits / restrictions;

Job requirements

·         Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance or Logistics management;

·         2 or more years of relevant working experience in the related field is required;

·         Good command of English and working knowledge of Mandarin;

·         Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferred. On the job training with respect to the company’s ERP system will be provided;

·         Proactive, diligent and responsible character.

·         Ability to multitask

·         Good conflict resolutions skills and have a good sense of judgement

Additional Info:

·         5-day work week. 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (work from Home);

·         Additional allowance / time off will be provided for employees who are able to work half day on Saturday or Sunday morning;

·         Performance bonus as set by the company’s management;

·         Medical allowance towards the purchase of private insurance or use by employee of wellness activities;

·         All employees are covered on workman’s injury insurance.
