Job Details:

* Location: North Bridge Road

* Salary: Basic up to $3300/month

* Duration: 1 year contract (renewable)

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm Saturday/PH: 9:00am to 3:00pm


Job Scope:

       Quotations & Order Processing

•       Prepare, verify, and process a high volume of customer quotations and sales orders within stipulated turnaround times.

•       Review orders for accuracy, including validation and rectification of part numbers, pricing, and order details.

       Customer Enquiries Management

•       Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and web chat.

•       Provide accurate product, pricing, and order status information to ensure a positive customer experience.

       Claims Management

•       Process and follow up on customer claims related to shipment delays, defective items, incorrect pricing, or order discrepancies.

•       Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

       Stakeholder Communication & Coordination

•       Liaise with internal teams and external partners, including suppliers, to resolve order-related issues.

•       Request and manage changes to delivery schedules and lead times as required to meet customer needs.

       E-commerce Promotion

•       Encourage and guide customers to place orders via the company’s online e-commerce platform to improve efficiency and order accuracy.


Requirements:

•       Minimum GCE “O” Level Qualification

•       Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing and handling of customer’s enquiries

•       Positive work attitude, self-driven, independent, team player with strong customer service mindset

•       Good communication and interpersonal skills

•       Detailed-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy

•       Able to multi-task and work under pressure

•       Adaptable to a fast-paced working environment with a sense of urgency

•       Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)

•       Immediate availability will be an added advantage
