Content & Communications Manager (Digital Platforms) - 6mths Contract

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content materials such as user guides, presentations, and engagement resources

• Create and manage communications content (e.g. announcements, EDMs, internal updates) across digital platforms

• Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely communication

• Engage and support users by responding to queries and feedback via digital channels

• Support planning and execution of events, roadshows, and training sessions

• Coordinate event logistics, communications, and on-site operations

• Gather and analyse post-event feedback to improve engagement initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• Experience in content creation, communications, or engagement roles

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in change management or user adoption initiatives

• Exposure to digital platforms, data, or analytics environments

• Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva) or visualisation tools

• Experience in events or programme execution

• Basic knowledge of video editing or multimedia content creation

• Standard office hours (may require support for events when required)
