Job Description
Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked
Report to the manager/engineer in charge and perform work task assigned
Monitor modeling/update drawing/ inform Project Manager if there is any changes
Liaise with architect
Input finishing with more details (if any)
Monitor/checking if there is any crashing
Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.
Produce shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager
Able to produce revised shop drawing within one week upon receiving commented drawing.
Familiar with program: Revit Archi and Revit MEP for drawing
Familiar with program: Navis for checking the drawing
Requirements
Diploma in Civil / Structure / Building
Min 2 years experience in related field for this position
Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, or Bentley AECOsim.
Strong understanding of architectural and construction principles.
Knowledge of structural and MEP systems and their integration into the BIM model.
Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve clashes or discrepancies in the model.
Communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with other design and construction professionals.
Understanding of construction processes and workflows.
Experience in civil and infrastructure work (MRT) before.
