IT Sales Account Manager
Job Description & Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships while also actively pursuing new business opportunities. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base
• Establish rapport and collaboration with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Develop and present value propositions, sales proposals and quotations.
• Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics
• Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
• Effectively manage and drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to successful closure
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Qualifications
• Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in account management or sales
• Strong initiative with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Project management skills to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
• Experience in managing and growing and building long-lasting client relationships
• Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
• Adaptable to change
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• IT networking knowledge would be an advantage
• Willingness to travel within Singapore as required for client meetings and industry events
