Warehouse Manager (Pioneer | Up to $6,000)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage the Company's warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and service excellence. The role is responsible for leading warehouse teams, managing client relationships, driving operational improvements, and supporting the Company's growth objectives. Experience in e-commerce logistics and fulfilment operations will be an added advantage as the Company continues to explore opportunities in this sector.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure operational accuracy, productivity, and compliance with Company SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Monitor warehouse performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Optimize warehouse layout, equipment utilization, and manpower deployment to maximize operational effectiveness.
Track and report operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, order fulfilment performance, productivity, and service levels.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including WSH, ISO standards, and customer-specific requirements where applicable.
Client Engagement & Business Growth
Serve as the primary liaison for warehouse-related client matters, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Conduct regular performance reviews with clients and address operational concerns in a timely manner.
Support contract implementation, service enhancements, and operational projects.
Collaborate with Sales and Management teams to support business growth and new customer onboarding.
People & Leadership
Lead, manage, and develop warehouse supervisors and operational staff.
Establish performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
Ensure adequate staffing, shift planning, training, and succession development.
Strategic & Financial Management
Manage warehouse budgets and operational costs while maintaining service quality.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.
Support business planning and operational expansion initiatives.
Provide recommendations to Management on warehouse infrastructure, resources, and operational strategies.
E-Commerce Logistics (Added Advantage)
Support the development and implementation of e-commerce fulfilment processes, including order processing, inventory management, returns handling, and last-mile coordination.
Work with Management to evaluate systems, technologies, and operational requirements for e-commerce logistics.
Assist in integrating warehouse operations with relevant WMS, ERP, and e-commerce platforms where required.
Support peak season planning and fulfilment strategies for e-commerce operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial position.
Proven experience in managing warehouse operations, manpower, and client relationships.
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
Experience in contract management and service delivery will be advantageous.
Knowledge of e-commerce logistics and fulfilment operations will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with ISO standards, WSH requirements, GDP/GMP, or other relevant compliance frameworks is advantageous.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and warehouse management systems.
