Senior Executive, Shipping Operations

We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Senior Executive to join our Operations Management team in SHQ (Singapore Regional HQ).
What You’ll Be Doing
SHQ operations: Manage operational activities to align with the company’s commercial objectives and operational requirements.
Cross-team collaborations: Manage communication across SHQ departments and areas to achieve operational targets.
Drive cost efficiency: Monitor and achieve KPIs related to terminal cost savings from HQ, GBP, BOA, and storage costs.
Reporting & analysis: Prepare and present operational reports to HQ and SHQ management for strategic decision-making.
Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in vessel and terminal operations.
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.
Familiarity with shipping consortium agreements.
Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data analysis.
