Job Details:
• Location: North Bridge Road
• Salary: Up to $4,300 Basic + AWS + VB + Public Transport Reimbursement
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm

Job Scope:
• Monitor customer accounts and track outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment collection.
• Perform account reconciliations, including customer statements, receipts, and bank transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records and month-end closing entries.
• Follow up on overdue payments and resolve billing, payment, or collection-related discrepancies.
• Review customer credit limits, payment terms, and assess potential credit risks.
• Generate ageing reports, analyze collection performance, and provide updates on outstanding balances.
• Identify opportunities to improve AR processes, controls, and collection efficiency through system enhancements and automation.
• Liaise with customers, sales teams, auditors, banks, and internal stakeholders on payment, credit control, and finance-related matters.

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Debt Collection functions preferred.
• Proficient in SAP
