Clinic Assistant / Therapist

Responsibilities include:

1. Front desk reception duties

Arrange appointments, manage patient enquiries, and ensure a smooth patient experience

2. Therapist treatments

Perform basic aesthetic treatments (e.g. facials, light peels, light-based treatments)

3. Assist doctor

Prepare patients before treatment, assist during procedures, and provide post-treatment care

4. Patient coordination & customer assistance

Guide patients through their treatment journey, handle follow-ups, and provide attentive support

5. Treatment recommendation

Recommend suitable treatments and services based on patient needs

6. General clinic duties

Maintain cleanliness, assist with daily operations, inventory management and support overall clinic workflow

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a Clinic Assistant / Therapist in an aesthetic clinic in Singapore preferred

• Candidates with no prior experience may be considered for a trainee position (training provided)

• Good spoken and written English (multilingual ability is an advantage)

• Well-groomed, professional, and patient-focused

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good attention to detail

• A team player with good interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
