Job Summary 

We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage payroll operations for a portfolio of outsourced clients. This role is responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory compliance, client support, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced service delivery environment.

This role sits within the Payroll department. 

 

Key Responsibilities  

·       Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of outsourced payroll clients.

·       Serve as a key contact for payroll queries, issue resolution, and client support.

·       Ensure compliance with statutory payroll requirements, submission deadlines, and documentation standards.

·       Support new client onboarding, payroll transitions, and process improvement initiatives.

·       Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide guidance to junior team members where required.

  

Skills & Requirements  

·       At least 2 to 4 years of relevant payroll experience, ideally in a multi-client or outsourced environment.

·       Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations and statutory requirements.

·       Experience handling payroll queries, client relationships, and service delivery timelines.

·       Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·       Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work accurately under deadlines.

·       Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
