Summary:

• Basic up to $2800 + Commission, East, 5days

• 5 working days, 9am-6pm

Job Scope:

• Achieve monthly sales targets while contributing to the company’s overall revenue goals.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing through to successful placement.

• Conduct executive and non-executive search assignments across a wide range of industries.

• Handle the job offer process, including salary negotiations and compensation discussions with both clients and candidates.

• Advise clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks, and current employment conditions.

• Drive business development by acquiring new clients and growing relationships with existing accounts.

• Build and maintain strong client partnerships through effective account management.

• Work closely with clients to design customized recruitment strategies and hiring plans.

Requirements:

• No experience required, training will be provided

• Candidates with CEI Certificate and recruitment experience will have added advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
