Assistant Manager, Tech Talent Acquisition | $6,000

In this role, you’ll partner closely with technology and business leaders to attract and hire top-tier tech talent across software engineering, data, cybersecurity, and digital roles. You won’t just fill roles — you’ll help build the teams powering the company's next phase of innovation.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and digital roles

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and build effective sourcing strategies

  • Proactively source niche tech talent through multiple channels and headhunting methods

  • Deliver a strong candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer stage

  • Leverage data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and speed

What we’re looking for:

  • Min Degree with at least 3 years of in-house experience hiring IT/Tech roles.

  • Strong understanding of technology roles and hiring trends

  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for identifying and engaging passive tech talent

Other Information:

  • Office at Taiseng

  • Mon - Fri, office hour (No OT culture)

  • Basic up to 6,000 + VB
