Assistant Manager, Tech Talent Acquisition | $6,000
In this role, you’ll partner closely with technology and business leaders to attract and hire top-tier tech talent across software engineering, data, cybersecurity, and digital roles. You won’t just fill roles — you’ll help build the teams powering the company's next phase of innovation.
What you’ll do:
Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and digital roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and build effective sourcing strategies
Proactively source niche tech talent through multiple channels and headhunting methods
Deliver a strong candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer stage
Leverage data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and speed
What we’re looking for:
Min Degree with at least 3 years of in-house experience hiring IT/Tech roles.
Strong understanding of technology roles and hiring trends
Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
Resourceful, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for identifying and engaging passive tech talent
Other Information:
Office at Taiseng
Mon - Fri, office hour (No OT culture)
Basic up to 6,000 + VB
