Job Description
Establish, maintain, and improve quality systems and procedures.
Manage nonconforming materials (MRB) and quality-related issues.
Conduct root cause analysis using 8D, Ishikawa, RCA, and Cause Map methodologies.
Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
Monitor fab quality performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Handle lot disposition and outgoing quality activities according to SOP requirements.
Update MRB systems and issue Quality Alerts in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Lead MRB meetings and perform risk assessments for impacted lots.
Support customer audits, certification audits, and internal audit activities.
Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audit findings and quality performance.
Support new technology transfer and setup of OQC process flows.
Manage control plans, inspection methods, DOLI management, and authorized rework activities.
Job Requirements
Degree in Materials Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in quality systems within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, MRB, SPC, FMEA, control plans, and internal audits.
Familiar with structured problem-solving tools including Ishikawa, Root Cause Analysis, and Cause Map.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
Understanding or certification in quality systems such as VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949 is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of semiconductor front-end manufacturing preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and fast learner with minimal supervision.
