noomoo is a fast-growing Singapore-born plant mylk brand on a mission to make plant-based drinks more accessible across Southeast Asia and Hong Kong.

Since launching in 2023, we’ve grown from a small startup into a regional brand serving more than 1,000 cafés and foodservice partners across Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, the Philippines and Hong Kong.

Our products can be found in cafés, restaurants, retailers and online platforms throughout the region.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on creative who can support noomoo’s design, content and marketing execution across multiple markets.

This role goes beyond graphic design. You will be involved in creative design, campaign mockups, social media content, e-commerce visuals, content planning, simple performance analysis and regional marketing materials.


 

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Creative Design, Mockups & Brand Execution

  • Design marketing materials for social media, e-commerce, events and trade marketing.

  • Create social media assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Xiaohongshu and LinkedIn.

  • Develop e-commerce visuals for Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, including banners, product listings, campaign pages and promotional mechanics.

  • Develop POSM and campaign mockups, including standees, flyers, posters, shelf talkers, truck stickers and café branding assets.

  • Ensure all designs follow noomoo’s brand guidelines and visual identity.

2. Content Planning, Shooting & Social Media Support

  • Assist in planning monthly content calendars across multiple markets.

  • Support content ideas for product launches, café collaborations, campaigns and seasonal activations.

  • Independently shoot product, lifestyle and recipe videos for social media use.

  • Create static posts, reels covers, short-form video assets and campaign visuals.

  • Stay updated on design, F&B, café and social media trends.

  • Localize content where needed for different markets.

3. Social Media Analysis & Reporting

  • Track social media performance across key platforms.

  • Prepare simple monthly reports on reach, engagement, follower growth and content performance.

  • Highlight what content works well and suggest improvements.

  • Monitor competitor activity and trends within the plant-based, F&B and café space.

4. Regional Marketing Support

  • Support marketing execution across noomoo’s regional markets.

  • Work with internal teams, distributors, cafés and external partners on creative requirements.

  • Support event, retail, trade and café activation materials.

  • Adapt campaign visuals for different country requirements and formats.

5. Video Editing & Content Production

  • Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and other social platforms.

  • Support basic motion graphics where required.

  • Assist with photo and video shoots at cafés, events and partner locations.

  • Capture product, lifestyle, recipe and behind-the-scenes content.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in design, content creation, creative marketing or related roles.

  • Experience in foodservice, F&B, café, beverage or FMCG industry preferred.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing design and content work.

  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

  • Able to use CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools.

  • Comfortable shooting content using a smartphone and basic equipment.

  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and monthly content planning.

  • Strong sense of branding, layout, typography and visual storytelling.

  • Self-driven, detail-oriented and able to take initiative.

  • Able to work independently, manage timelines and execute without constant supervision.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.


Bonus Points

  • Passion for coffee, cafés, food culture or plant-based products.

  • Photography or videography experience.

  • Experience with packaging design and print production.

  • Experience supporting e-commerce campaigns.

  • Experience managing brand social media accounts.
