Software Engineer (SalesForce)
Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Developer to join our team. The role involves developing and customizing Salesforce applications, working with Agile methodologies, and supporting web development initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in Salesforce technologies and DevOps practices while contributing to business solutions.
Responsibilities
Perform Salesforce application development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools like Flows.
Deliver solutions using Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Flow Builder to design and implement business solutions.
Develop using OmniStudio, OmniScripts, or Public Sector Solutions where required.
Implement and support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git), and version control systems.
Apply knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security model, sharing rules, and governor limits.
Build and maintain web solutions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Perform manual test cases to ensure functionality and usability meet business requirements.

Skills and Qualifications
Experience
Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–2 years of hands-on experience in software development.
Certifications (Advantageous)
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of Salesforce application development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools like Flows.
Experience delivering solutions using Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Flow Builder.
Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of OmniStudio, OmniScripts, or Public Sector Solutions.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git), and version control systems.
Understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, sharing rules, and governor limits.
